If today you woke up feeling tired and worried about the things that happened and might happen, hold on. Pause for a while.
Breathe in, breathe out.
You do not own all the problem in the world. In fact, we all do have our struggles. The only difference is how we handle these.
Who knows, behind that beautiful smile in the face of the person next to you is also a struggling soul. Many poor families could hardly find food to eat. Your neighbor perhaps is going through a marital problem. Even your boss maybe going through a loss as well. I myself is challenged by my academic responsibilities and financial liabilities.
You see, not only you is going through a hard time. Actually, it’s normal. Life will not be as worthy and memorable as it is without those.
But, do not let these problems drag you down. Remember, there is a reason for everything.
Tell that to yourself every time life tests you. Every time you start to worry again.
Does worrying make a difference? Will it help?
Worrying will never help you in any ways. It can do nothing but crush your spirit and pull you down. If you continue to worry, it will affect your performance at work and your relationship with colleagues.
Instead of worrying, cheer up. Face the day with optimism.
Start your day by saying a little prayer. Be thankful for what you have. Enjoy the company of you family and friends. Do your job the best way you can. Forgive and forget.
Eventually, again the sun will set without you even noticing it and you can call it a day.
A day with no worries, but full of positivity and optimism.
